HVAC repair in Wake Forest NC

I was thoroughly satisfied with our first encounter with this company. First, before I even set up an appointment, we were asked many questions about the problem we were experiencing. Then they suggested a couple of things to check that could have been quick fixes over the phone (read: FREE). It turned out that we needed a service appointment. I called early in the morning, Choice said they could come late that day (after 5:00 p.m.). At 2:30 p.m., they called to see if the technician could come early (I can honestly say this has NEVER happened to me before), & he arrived 30 minutes later. He took great care to explain the problem, what he was doing to fix it, & future issues we might face. He explained other things about the system & answered any heating & air conditioning questions I could think to throw at him during the visit. It is obviously the company’s policy to develop long term relationships with customers. He even let my 4 1/2 year old hover while he worked. They have a new customer for life.

I called Choice and they were the only people who could come out and help quickly AND on a Saturday and not charge me overtime. The tech was very patient with me (I know absolutely NOTHING about any of this!) and explained things so I could understand. I felt like a respected customer and didn’t feel ripped off. Would definitely recommend.

When I called I was treated like a customer not just a caller. Though they promise me a three hour window to show up, 30 minutes into that window they called to say they were running late. I was asked if it would be ok to wait 15 minutes longer for the service tech to get there. What I got out of this experience was great customer service, ( I was treated with respect) and education on how to take care of my system and the way if works. Yes I will us them as long as I live in the area.

I had my Air Conditioning unit replaced the same day as it had gone kaput. I checked around for some prices as quickly as I could and then called Choice I believe my call was the best decision I ever made! Why? They showed up on time, got the work done very efficiently, gave me some education on care and maintenance and their prices were reasonable. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and since I’ve found it with Choice – I’ll be a customer time and time again!
